Lea Krohn
Lea Krohn is a program manager for leadership and talent development. In this capacity, she handles marketing and recruiting as well as day-to-day operations for the Koch Associate Program and Koch Internship Program. Before joining the team in 2008, she worked for the Market-Based Management Institute as the research program manager. She graduated magna cum laude from Beloit College in Beloit, Wisconsin with a degree in international relations and European studies. While at Beloit she was inducted into both Mortar Board and Phi Beta Kappa.
