Mike Rupert
Mike Rupert is a program coordinator for Market-Based Management®. In his role, Mike works with the Koch Internship and Koch Associate Programs in helping participants in the development and application of Market-Based Management for non-profits. He was a participant in the 2007-08 Koch Associate Program and prior to that worked in the insurance industry where he focused most of his time coordinating the property/casualty and risk management needs of commercial clients. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Berry College and a master’s degree in government from the University of Virginia.
