Eugene Slaven
Eugene Slaven is the program manager for the Koch Foundation’s higher education initiatives. In his role, Eugene assists in strategic planning, analysis, measurement, program administration, and relationship management. In his prior role as associate director with the Center for Freedom and Prosperity, Eugene managed the Center’s educational and outreach efforts to derail anti-tax competition initiatives. He also conducted research on tax competition issues. Eugene received his master’s degree in political management from The George Washington University. Eugene’s professional background is in marketing, operational management, and business-to-business sales. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
