Charles Tapp

Charles Tapp is a program coordinator for the policy team focusing on economic and political transitions, financial and regulatory policy. Prior to becoming a full-time staff member at the Foundation, he was an Associate with the policy group as part of the inaugural 2006-07 Koch Associate Program. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Appalachian State University, where he minored in history, philosophy and religion. Most recently, he studied economics as an H.B. Earhart Fellow at George Mason University. In his time away from work he enjoys fly fishing, Duke basketball, and all things Southern.
