Arianne Massey
Arianne Massey is the program director for talent and human resources for the Foundation. She oversees the talent development initiatives and manages our human resource team and operations. Most recently, Arianne worked as a consultant developing and executing fundraising strategies for a small non-profit group in Washington, DC. She has also worked at both the Independent Women’s Forum and Americans for Prosperity Foundation in the capacity of vice president of development and then as chief operating officer. Prior to joining the IWF, Arianne was with Koch Industries, Inc. for eleven years in a number of positions. She holds a bachelor's degree from Mt. Holyoke College and resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and two children.
