JoAnn Koob
JoAnn Koob is a member of the Foundation's policy team, with a focus on financial sector regulation. JoAnn earned a bachelor's degree in speech-communications, with minors in political science and Spanish, from the University of Minnesota, and a law degree from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining the Foundation, JoAnn practiced as a corporate and securities attorney in San Diego, California. JoAnn is a member of the California Bar and is a participant in the 2010-11 Koch Associate Program.
