Application Requirements

If you wish to be considered for the Koch Internship Program, you will need to submit the following items online:

  1. A résumé
  2. A list of five people or books that have influenced your philosophical or ideological thinking about the role of government or liberty and a single sentence stating how each has influenced you
  3. A brief paragraph (4-5 sentences) stating your immediate and long-term career goals
  4. A brief statement of no more than 150 words on why advancing liberty and free markets is important to you
  5. A brief statement of no more than 150 words on your biggest work-related failure or mistake, including what you did wrong and how you responded
  6. A very brief statement of no more than 50 words on the ideal role of government
  7. A poem relating to free markets that begins with the words, "Roses are Red..."
  8. Please provide three references: include the reference's name, email address, and your relationship to the reference
