Charles G. Koch - Charitable Foundation

The Intern will help create strategies to train future non-profit leaders and entrepreneurs, facilitate the management of non-profit talent development programs, and assist in identifying talent for key positions. In particular, the Intern will assist with many aspects of the Koch Associate Program and Koch Internship Program.

The Intern will assist the program officer for management development in developing and applying Market-Based Management® (MBM®), the management philosophy responsible for making Koch Industries one of the most successful private companies in the world. In particular, the Intern will assist in enhancing and extending the MBM curriculum for the Koch Associate Program and Koch Internship Program.

The Intern will assist the talent coordinator and human resource coordinator in marketing and recruiting efforts. Other responsibilities will include assisting with a gamut of job fairs and events preparation and post event follow-up.

The Intern will work with the policy research director and Associates to research various policy areas including government spending, tax policy, and the Science of Liberty™.

The Intern will research the necessary conditions - the rules, policies, and values - to create and sustain a free society.

The Intern will support the University Program's long-term goals of promoting liberty-friendly academics and research by helping to develop and maintain the program's network of faculty and universities.
